  Note: Income generated from work outside your field is not considered.

4. Nomination Requirement

You must be nominated by an individual or organization with a national reputation in your field, such as:

• An Australian citizen
• An Australian permanent resident
• An eligible New Zealand citizen
• An Australian organization recognized in your area of expertise

Where applicable, the nomination should come from a peak Australian body.

5. Age and English Language

• There is no age restriction for this visa.
